How to Upgrade Equipment in No Rest For the Wicked

To Upgrade your items in No Rest For The Wicked, you'll have to first unlock your access to the feature. To do that, you'll have to progress Filmore's questline once you make it to Sacrament.

After you progress his questline, you'll essentially make it possible for him to have a large furnace and new equipment to work with as a blacksmith. This will unlock the Upgrade option whenever you speak with him, allowing you to upgrade your Equipment with your Upgrade Materials.
