Captain Talvic is an NPC in No Rest For The Wicked. Captain Talvic is the captain of the merchant ship that the player's character boards in order to travel to Sacrament, on a mission to investigate the rising rumors of the return of the Pestilence. Unfortunately, the group is attacked by The Risen, a rebel group that has been causing trouble around Sacrament, leading to the captain's death.

- The Shallows: Captain Talvic can be found and spoken to as you travel west from the starting point of the game, after getting washed ashore on The Shallows.
