Pulse of Health is an enhancement Rune in No Rest for the Wicked. This Rune Spell heals the player and increases their maximum health by a small amount for a short time. Runes can be found randomly throughout Isola Sacra, and can be extracted and applied to another compatible weapon type. When affixed to a weapon, Runes provide special actions to the player which can be performed using Focus.
Slot this rune into a weapon to gain the Pulse of Healing Rune Spell.
Pulse of Health Information
When activated, the Pulse of Health Rune Spell consumes 100 Focus and restores a small amount of Hit Points and slightly increases the player's Hit Point maximum.
Where to Find Pulse of Health
In No Rest for the Wicked, Runes can appear randomly on dropped Weapons. They can also be extracted and used on another compatible Weapon Type.

- At 17 Health, Pulse of Health increases max HP by 24 and current HP by 30 (reduced to 13 when effect ends). Further testing is required.
