Patience scales with dexterity and faith, so upgrading your dexterity and faith stat increases the amount of damage Patience does.
At 0% durability, items become unequippable. Repair them with the corresponding NPC or by spending Repair Powder, which can be found as chests or as drops.
Equipment rarity system is as follows:
- White: Common. Don't have any affixes, but are the most customizable weapon type.
- Blue: Rare. Possess up to 4 affixes that grant a small bonus to random bonus.
- Purple: Cursed. Posses up to 3 affixes that grant bigger bonuses than the rare tier, but also have a negative effect.
- Gold: Unique.

- Rare, Plagued, or Unique gear can be slotted with Gems to apply enchantments. This can be done by Eleanor.
- Common Rarity Weapons can be "Enchanted" by Eleanor to randomly transform them into a Rare or Plagued item.
- Eleanor can modify a weapon's rune by infusing or extracting it. Extracting a weapon's rune will permanently destroy the weapon.
